last version : The SaveFiles

This tool is a mandatory companion of my IFS tools. It's the one that solve default values for IFS path and return the complete path of a file.

All my rpg-to-ifs files write their files at the same root. Today it is the directory ExtractionExcel at the root of the IFS. In some month, when my 400 will be delocated somewhere, I have a network interest into nightly pushing my "pc" files into a local NT server. I will change only the default value of IFSROOT parameter, and it's done.
