Here is a
simple way to display the photos of the employees in SAPscript forms.
1.
Telecharge employee photos into SAP. In graphics administration (transaction
SE78,) import the photos from the frontend (in BMP format) and name them by employee
number. Mass import can be done from an MS Excel file. The Excel file should
contain two columns: one with the matricule and one with the address of the
photo file (ex: C:compbranchmatricule.bmp). Then generate a program batch input
(generate a program in the transaction sm35 for transaction se78 and enter the
function ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE and enter the fields of the Excel file in
the corresponding dynpro fields.)
2. In the
SAPscript form: enter the code below and you're set!
3. This
method can be used in the SAPscript forms where the matricule is passed by a
field of a structure (in the correspondance of event management and in the HR
master data sheet etc.) Just replace the zone &PERNR& with the field
that contains the employee number.
Code
/:DEFINE &MATRCL& = &PERNR&
/:IF &MATRCL& <> SPACE
/:BITMAP
&MATRCL& OBJECT GRAPHICS ID BMAP TYPE BCOL DPI 300
/:ENDIF
